Has this Creative toilet created a bridge for Aquariums and Restrooms?

It's amazing what one is willing to do when it comes to an aquarium. Designers in some part of the world have as you can see designed and created a toilet with an aquarium in mind. Seems like a simple design, although I have a feeling that all water for the actual usage comes from a hidden source.

Both gold fishes seem to be in a fairly enough big tank, although I can't seem to find any oxygen source for this tank? if that's what we can call this creation. Just a quick example of what aquarium lovers are willing to do. Again, aquariums are beauty, peaceful and no home should go without one.
